1. For those who led to the way and have already sent me forms and checks for special numbers, other than club plates. I have your form and checks which if they are dated prior to March of this year are probably invalid. If you will contact me, I can return your invalid checks and forms. If not for $$$ sake, I will shred them. In this case, once the DMV has the material, then you can just order through DMV. Since we cannot guarantee a certain number, the additional moneys for AA are not necessary. If you would like a low number in the and you would like, I can keep your form, let you reissue a check just for DMV fees and send it to me and when I send in the request for the initial 100 so that those orders will be in early. (This is what I am doing personally.) In either case, just let me know.

2. If you ordered since March of this year, your check and forms are still good, so I will send them with the initial order to DMV.

3. If you have NOT ordered, simply go to the forms page and download the DMV form, write the check and send it in. DMV will send you your plates.
