HERE IT IS (Almost)
This was the design chosen by the Presidents' Council. We have asked the artist to make a couple of adjustments (adding blue to bring out the moon and the palmetto and highlighting the parrots a bit more. As soon as this is done, we'll pick one and off to the DMV it will go. Plates will not be available until the first 400 are sold and we are not yet half way!

 
The design chosen was created by Nancy Blauers who works with Margaritaville. - here is a short bio and from the beauty of here work, not nearly enough!
A Native of the Connecticut shore, Nancy has a long time love for 
the  Maritime coast. She grew up sailing on Long Island Sound, the 
wind and the waves and the ever-present songs of Jimmy Buffett serve 
as an inspiration for her art. Her parents were greatly supportive of 
her artistic skills, which were discovered at a young age, and she 
was formally trained at the Frank Covino Academy of Art in Fairfield 
CT and The prestigious School of Visual Arts in NYC, earning her BFA 
in Illustration in 1986.
Nancy is skilled in many different mediums, she works most often 
sculpting in wood and resins. She also has a very strong background 
painting people& animal portraits in oils, airbrushing sport boats, 
mosaic creations in tile and product development on her Mac computer.
Her many clients include Beardsley Zoological Gardens-Bridgeport,CT, 
The Maritime Center in Norwalk Ct.,Globe Books-NYC, The Larson 
Company-Tucson Az., Harlequin Nature Graphics-Ft Myers,Fl., McManus 
Superboats Ft Myers, Fl.,  Action Screenprinting-Longwood,Fl., 
Disney's Animal Kingdom, The Reef House Resort-Roatan,Honduras as 
well as many private commissions.
  She has also displayed her work at many wildlife shows and 
galleries including The Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum of Wasau, 
Wisconsin and her work has been selected for several shows with the 
Society of Animal Artists.

Nancy has been employed for the past six years as Senior Artist with 
Margaritaville Merchandising where she greatly enjoyes developing 
products such as dimensional sculptures ,tee shirts and camp shirts 
for all of the Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville stores.

Nancy and her husband Greg live on their small farm in Geneva, Fl., 
where they enjoy their horses, and can be found on weekends scuba 
diving along the eastern coast of Florida. She is currently 
developing a series of oil paintings and woodcarvings of reef fishes 
& corals inspired by her fascination and love for the under-sea world.
